Refund Policy

At Vartik Auto Parts, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

Products can only be returned if they are unused and the return request is made within 24 hours of receiving the product.
If the product is damaged upon delivery, you are eligible to return it. Please provide clear photos as proof.
If you receive a different product, we will accept the return, provided the following conditions are met:
- The product has not been used.
- The product has not been installed in a vehicle.
- The product is undamaged and in its original condition.
If the above conditions are not met, we reserve the right to reject the return or refund request.

Refunds will be processed within 48 hours of receiving the returned product and verifying its condition.
Delivery charges are non-refundable if the product was ordered without prior consultation with our team.

We do not offer return pickup services.
Customers are required to send the product back via courier to our address at their own expense.
